• Hard money and commercial loans available when Carteret sources ar not available

Job Requirements

• Applicants may not retain employment that would constitute conflicts of interest with Carteret Mortgage or Phillips International including work as loan officers for other entities or agencies or as real estate professionals
• Applicants must be able to show that they have been performed well as mortgage loan originators, loan officers or loan processors in the past two years
• Applicants must be computer and Internet literate and maintain or have access to an office that includes a telephone or cell phone, a fax machine and Internet access
• Applicants must be able to pass a thorough background check
• Applicants must either be able to use online processing software to process their loans (provided at no cost when hired) or contract with a third-party processing company to do so
• Applicants must be willing and able to cover their own business expenses
• Applicants must be eligible for employment in the United States
