This is a HUGE industry that's getting bigger because there is such an incredible demand for this service.

Ask a bankruptcy attorney about your debt situation and she will most likely tell you that bankruptcy is your "best choice". In fact, it might be HER best choice because that's her business, but it might not be YOUR best choice.

Debt settlement--which is sometimes called "debt arbitration" or "debt negotiation"--is best done by attorneys who are trained in that art form. The 'best of the best' that I can find so far are those who work for Credit Card Relief.

Pre-bankruptcy clients--or those who are simply overwhelmed with consumer debt--may call for a free consultation using their toll-free number: (888) 886-1728.

Interestingly, the MORE debt a person has and the WORSE their credit score is, the better leverage they have for landing a rock-bottom settlement figure.

One out of three people in the country seem to have credit blemishes right now.  (Look to either side of you and if those people are OK, then it's probably YOU.)

If you need direction as to how to handle a credit or debt situation, I have posted a lot of self-help books in the BookStore links of my credit website: Http://www.USCreditAcademy.com.

While you are there, you should check out the Credit Restoration Services link.  I have been using this service for my mortgage clients for about five years and have yet to have a client complaint.

If you like what you see and are looking to suppliement your income with a home-based business venture, this it the right time to be offering this service.  If anybody wants to see thecompensation plan for this business, just post a request here on TiMBiTs! and I will reply with that information.

It's my conservative guess that 90% of all families do not have solids estate plans in place.  Key reasons for this are typically a lack of time and a lack of money.

The unfortunate fallout from this situation occurs when your successors need an estate plan that does not exist.  At that point, the adage, "Failing to plan is a plan to fail" comes to life and your state of residence gets to determine how your assets are split up to your heirs.  That is, after the state takes their half.

The source to which I have linked below offers a flat-rate discounted service for will and trust preparation.  Their price point is about 1/5th of the going market rate for these services.

Navigate to this site and click on the upper menu bar item that says "Wills & Trusts":  http://www.vrtmg.com/wealth

I hope you find this information useful.
