This is a HUGE industry that's getting bigger because there is such an incredible demand for this service.

Ask a bankruptcy attorney about your debt situation and she will most likely tell you that bankruptcy is your "best choice". In fact, it might be HER best choice because that's her business, but it might not be YOUR best choice.

Debt settlement--which is sometimes called "debt arbitration" or "debt negotiation"--is best done by attorneys who are trained in that art form. The 'best of the best' that I can find so far are those who work for Credit Card Relief.

Pre-bankruptcy clients--or those who are simply overwhelmed with consumer debt--may call for a free consultation using their toll-free number: (888) 886-1728.

Interestingly, the MORE debt a person has and the WORSE their credit score is, the better leverage they have for landing a rock-bottom settlement figure.
